Stephen Crozier
Vice President of Capital Markets
Stephen joined Broad Street Realty in 2024 and currently serves as Vice President of Capital Markets. In this role, he leads the firm’s capital markets strategy, focusing on debt and equity placement, acquisition underwriting, transaction execution, and investor relations. He also plays a key role in asset management, serves on internal committees, and supports SEC report filings.
Stephen brings deep experience across investment banking, consulting, and real estate finance. He is fluent in Spanish and has spent nearly a decade abroad working with multinational organizations on cross-border M&A transactions throughout North and South America, Europe, and Africa. His expertise includes transaction structuring, strategic planning, due diligence, and financial analysis.
Passionate about creating value for real estate owners and investors, Stephen combines a global perspective with hands-on execution to drive growth for Broad Street and its partners.

Experience
Prior to joining Broad Street Realty, Stephen worked for Global Accounting firms BDO and PWC in Chile, Spain, and the U.S.
