Dr. Billy Byrd has 16 years of education experience working in K-12 and college/university settings. Specializing in college student retention in housing accommodations, Billy has worked in both public and private institutions providing guidance determining population satisfaction levels with policies, facilities, service, and amenities. Through weekly reports, Billy identifies where the need is to support both staff and community. Currently overseeing all areas of the Midtown Row Current Midtown Apartments catering to a large population of William & Mary students looking for off-campus accommodation for their junior and senior year respectively.

Billy lives in Williamsburg, VA with his husband Matt and their dog Foxy. Billy grew up in Virginia Beach and the Eastern Shore of Virginia. In Billy’s time off he is an avid fisherman and enjoys watching the Washington Commanders. Billy also loves to travel and spend time with his family.
