Aras Holden
Executive Vice President of Acquisitions & Development
Aras Holden has been an integral member of the Broad Street team since 2012. In his current role, Aras works closely with the executive team on investment strategy and is responsible for sourcing and underwriting acquisition and development opportunities. Additionally, he oversees major development projects including Midtown Row (midtownrowwilliamsburg.com), Broad Street's first mixed-use property. Previously, Aras fulfilled an asset management function where he led the repositioning efforts of several key properties and focused on developing best practices across the portfolio. Aras began his career at Costar as a research associate before joining Broad Street.
Professional Affiliations/Designations
Aras is actively involved with the Urban Land Institute, where he has previously served as a coordinator in the Mentorship Program and a member of the Real Estate 101 Committee. He is also a member of ICSC.
Education
Mr. Holden holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College.
Community/Personal Information
Aras lives in Chevy Chase, Maryland with his wife Elizabeth. He is an avid cyclist and enjoys exploring Washington's culinary scene.
