John Deacon joined Broad Street Realty in 2018 where he is responsible for managing part of our Retail portfolio. Prior to joining Broad Street, John gained experience in the Commercial Property Services division of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer where he was responsible for managing a portfolio of properties consisting of Class A Office and Retail.

John earned his B.S. in Property Management from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.

John grew up in Lynchburg, VA and currently lives in the Washington D.C. Metro Area. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, watching Virginia Tech football and basketball as well as spending time with friends and family.
