Sean brings over two decades of experience ranging from property management, leasing, asset management, construction, and development, as well as acquisitions and dispositions. Most recently he is joining us from DHL Corporate Real Estate, where he had oversight of the leasing for over 200 locations, and negotiated the first large development for DHL Express in over 20 years at John C. Munro – Hamilton International Airport, in Hamilton, Ontario and successfully negotiated forward development contract acquisitions, among many other existing building acquisitions, for multiple locations and DHL business units throughout North and Central Americas, as well as the Caribbean.
