Shane Brownell

Shane Sie Brownell is an Asset Manager at Broad Street Realty, Inc. and works closely with the finance, leasing, property management, and acquisitions teams. 

Experience

From 2022 to 2025, Mr. Brownell was a Senior Asset Manager at Ritz Banc Group, a private equity real estate firm based in Arlington, VA. His responsibilities included executing value-add strategies across multifamily and industrial assets, as well as overseeing single-tenant Class A office investments. He played a key role in portfolio management, financial structuring, and capital allocation to enhance asset performance and investor returns.

Over the last 10 years, Mr. Brownell has gained experience in all facets of real estate, including property management, construction, asset management, financial analysis, financing, and investing.

He has worked with family offices in the Middle East and institutional tenants including Georgetown University, Medstar, Lockheed Martin, and Disney.
